Job summary

The Carlyle Group is offering a Summer Internship in the Client Solutions Group in New York, NY. You will support fundraising efforts across Global Wealth and Institutional channels, collaborating with Sales, Product, Operations, and Strategy teams.

The 10-week program features professional development, networking, lunch & learns, and senior leader mentorship for hands-on experience in capital-raising and investor relations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student expected to graduate in Spring 2028.
• GPA 3.5 or higher preferred.
• Prior internship in financial services preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in finance-related organizations.
• Strong ethics, teamwork, adaptability, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong attention to detail.
• SIE certification completion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support capital-raising efforts by preparing client-specific marketing materials and decks.
• Research wealth management platforms, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Assist with due diligence, investor servicing, conference prep, and CRM management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely responses to client requests.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects like conference coordination and data room requests.
