Selected interns join a structured program with mentoring, workshops, and leadership Q&As, contributing to real projects across planning, wealth management, and operations while preparing for a career in financial services.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; expected graduation 2027/2028.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Coursework in financial analysis, planning inputs, and investments.
• Interest in the financial services industry and client-focused mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of financial plans by gathering client information and inputs.
• Assist with portfolio administration, investment research, reporting and analysis.
• Prepare planning paperwork, proposals, and materials for advisors/clients.
• Contribute to projects across operations, wealth management, and investment management.
• Participate in weekly advisor calls and translate planning into field support.
• Take on planning and project work as priorities require.
