Aufgaben

• Assisting Client Advisors with daily account management.
• Creating custom reports such as cash flow analyses and balance sheets.
• Organizing and streamlining client and business development information on Salesforce.
• Attending client events and assisting with preparations.
• Researching industry topics and presenting findings.
• Administrative tasks for the Client Advisory team including presentations and binding.
• Ad hoc tasks for Client Advisors as directed.
• Financial model building and updating, market and company research.
• Generating reports for Portfolio Managers using Addepar, Bloomberg, FactSet and Excel.
• Collecting and organizing equity, fixed income, and economic research data.
• Maintaining accuracy of financial models and portfolio data.
• Analyzing earnings calls to assist evaluation and dissemination.
• Providing research and graphs for client presentations.
• Assisting in portfolio analysis to reflect Whittier Trust sector outlook.
