Nuveen Real Estate internship offers a 10-week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience across Portfolio Management, Research, Asset Management and Transactions. You will perform underwriting, market research, and support the investment process while engaging with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Participants gain exposure to diverse real estate strategies, access to executive speaker series, and mentorship.

Formación

• Enrolled in a degree-seeking program with expected graduation date between 2027–2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Assist real estate investment teams with portfolio management, research, asset management and transactions.
• Support underwriting and market research of potential acquisitions using Argus and Excel.
• Contribute to investment memorandums and due diligence activities.
• Maintain and source information for the acquisitions pipeline.
• Prepare detailed product presentations and proposals for investment opportunities.
• Attend industry events and participate in pipeline discussions and teleconferences.
