Job summary

T2 Capital Management in Wheaton, IL offers a Summer Internship Program placing three interns into Investments & Underwriting, Accounting, and Property Management. You’ll work on real tasks with real deadlines, receive direct feedback, and report to a team member through a ten-week, full-time internship from May to August 2027.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including building and auditing formulas; able to learn modeling and reporting conventions quickly.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, well-organized work product in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Maintain files, data rooms, trackers, and naming conventions to team standards.
• Communicate progress and obstacles early; apply AI tools to research, analysis, and production.
