JPMorgan Chase & Co. invites applications for a 9-week Summer Analyst in Global Finance & Business Management, Corporate Controllers Track. You will work with top professionals to influence decisions, contribute to projects, and apply analytical thinking to identify trends and improve outcomes.

This program serves as a pipeline to the full-time Analyst Program, with potential offers after completion. You will join one of our finance teams within Corporate Controller and gain hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS or 5th-year MS with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A well-rounded academic background with interest in financial management, analytics, and data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in academic or community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the Firm's books and records, focusing on GL reconciliation, risk management systems, and controls.
• Drive key initiatives with financial and data-driven insights; support planning and execution with metrics and analytics.
• Support end-to-end Regulatory Reporting processes including multiple reporting lines.
• Perform reporting and controls functions for legal entity, financial and regulatory reporting, and product valuation.
• Ensure governance over financial statements at the legal entity level and maintain control standards.
• Facilitate controls such as financial statement oversight and general ledger controls.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting the business.
• Maintain a strong control environment and support risk identification and mitigation.
• Assist cross-line-of-business initiatives and large programs with multiple projects and streams.
• Track progress, analyze outcomes, and support data-informed decision-making across lifecycles.
