Job summary

PCL Construction invites you to apply for the 2026 Summer Internship Program in Chandler, AZ. As an Intern you will gain exposure to project management, field supervision, pre-construction, and estimating while assigned to a project and mentor.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a relevant construction-related degree.

Responsibilities

• Assists Field/Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents
• Conducts safety audits and quality audits
• Reads and understands drawings and specifications
• Logs submittals, processes RFIs, and prepares reports
• Assists with surveying and project layout
• Maintains and updates field drawings, field equipment and records
• Assists with coordinating subcontractors, vendors and field staff
• Coordinates material deliveries and documentation
• Attends project meetings
• Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, contracts and other documents
• Assists with project documentation requirements
• Assists with estimating and soliciting subcontractors and/or suppliers for information and pricing
• Other duties as assigned
