• Proficient in Excel, Primavera, and SAP.
• Familiarity with construction industry practices; internship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and review plans, proposals, specifications, and related documents to develop an estimate/bid package.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to estimating as requested by management.
• Review labor, equipment, and material costs for estimate preparation.
• Prepare accurate estimates from conceptual and schematic drawings.
