EF Education First Ltd. is seeking an ESL Teacher for Summer 2027 in Ocala, FL. You will plan, deliver, and assess the EF academic program through structured lessons and ensure high student satisfaction.

Requirements include University degree or equivalent, TEFL certificate or equivalent, and full fluency in English. You should be organized, enthusiastic, and capable of fostering a positive learning environment while following EF policies.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• TEFL certificate or equivalent.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Experience in the field of education.
• Attend training before your contract commences.
• Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.

Responsabilités

• Teaching classes every weekday following the EF methodology.
• Lesson planning and preparation before each class.
• Classroom management.
• Facilitating testing during the course, including marking tests.
• Monitoring daily attendance and keeping up-to-date records and paperwork.
• Attending all teacher meetings.
• Monitoring student progress and personal goals to help them in their language improvement.
• Ensuring the EF behavior code is always followed by students and informing management immediately if there are any issues or problems.
• Responding to problems and emergency situations should they arise.
