Rosendin's Summer Internship Program offers a paid 12-week hands-on experience for students to grow professionally on real projects alongside experienced engineers. You'll gain exposure to electrical construction through areas like project management, BIM, estimating, and procurement, while receiving mentorship and developing leadership skills.

This internship emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced environment on active construction

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a field aligned with Rosendin's work.
• Expected graduation date in December 2027 or later.
• Strong foundational knowledge of engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with electrical system design activities and reviews.
• Support drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Help with basic electrical calculations and analyses.
• Participate in project meetings and site observations.
• Learn industry software and provide admin support to the team.
