Job summary

Altria Group, Inc. invites engineering students to an immersive summer internship in Richmond, VA. You will work with manufacturing and operations teams on projects that enhance efficiency, reliability, and process performance, applying classroom knowledge to real-world challenges.

You'll collaborate with product developers, engineers, and leaders, gaining exposure to multiple domains from process development to automation and quality systems during a dynamic, cross-functional program.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• On-site work in Richmond, Virginia.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
