Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking an Engineering & Computer Science Intern to join our team in Fairfax, VA for the summer of 2027. The intern will support technical projects involving engineering design, systems analysis, software, hardware, testing, data collection, or documentation, with responsibilities tailored to background and interests.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree.
• Be studying engineering, computer science, information technology, data science, mathematics, physics, cybersecurity, or another related field.
• Be available to work approximately 40 hours per week for 8-10 weeks between June and August.
• Demonstrate an interest in engineering, technology, systems, or technical problem-solving.
• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support technical projects involving engineering design, systems analysis, software, hardware, testing, data collection, or documentation.
• Participate in the ECS Internship Program and engage with mentors, learning opportunities, and cross-departmental connections.
