Job summary

Kruger Products Memphis is seeking engineering interns for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience at a large-scale tissue mill. You will work directly with engineers, operators, and leadership on real projects that impact production, safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Students pursuing Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Automation engineering are sought after. The program offers mentorship, meaningful ownership, and networking with plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline listed above.
• Completed at least the second semester of your freshman year by Summer 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support reliability and maintenance projects.
• Contribute to process controls and automation efforts.
• Participate in energy and utilities projects and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers and plant leaders on real business projects.
