Greystar Worldwide, LLC is offering a Development Summer Analyst position in Seattle, WA. This role supports the development team through analysis of opportunities, market research, and deal execution across the full lifecycle from site evaluation to project delivery.
You will build pro forma models, analyze trends, and prepare memos and presentations for stakeholders, while partnering with internal teams and external partners to drive project success.

As a Development Summer Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Greystar's development team by analyzing potential development opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting with deal execution. You'll gain exposure to the full development lifecycle—from site evaluation and underwriting to project execution—while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
The Greystar Summer Internship Program packs 10 weeks with real projects, real responsibility, and real connections. The compensation for this position is $36/hour.
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
