Job summary

Summer Dental Shawnee is actively seeking a General Dentist (DDS or DMD) to join Dr. Colin Young and the Summer Dental team in Shawnee, Kansas.

The right candidate will enjoy clinical autonomy with mentorship if desired, a strong patient flow, and opportunities to grow their skills across implant, endo, extractions, aligners, and more. You’ll be part of a collaborative practice offering comprehensive dentistry and the chance to educate patients while delivering care they need.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD required.
• New graduates welcome with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver high-quality restorative, surgical, and preventive care as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients, discuss options, and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Office Manager, Hygienists, and Assistants to maintain smooth patient flow.
