• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives, receiving training and mentoring.
• Undertake and participate in projects to develop professional skills and expertise for the organization.

• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternative proposals for action when requested by management.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the operating unit.
