Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and particularly strong Excel skills including pivot tables and dynamic formulas.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Excellent organizational, planning, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end close processes for corporate functions and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support the process for quarterly/annual SEC filings and related documentation.
• Assist with internal controls under SOX and GAAP research as needed.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ad hoc analyses.
