Job summary

Huron Consulting Group invites you to join its Summer Consulting Internship in Chicago for a 9-10 week program. You’ll work on real client projects as part of a project team, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to multiple industry areas.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree by May/June 2028, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook. U.S. work authorization is required, and travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
• Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment.
• U.S. work authorization required; travel to client sites may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Interns are fully integrated into project teams and contribute to meaningful project work.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and communicate results to senior team members.
• Collaborate with internal team members and present key takeaways to clients.
• Attend client meetings to identify and analyze key metrics for internal and client leadership teams.
