Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PharmD, or PhD degree program.
• Interns must be available to work from May 25, 2027 to August 20, 2027.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without Sponsorship.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
• Hybrid schedule with three days on site.
• Prior internship or co‑op experience preferred.
• Preferred fields of study include life sciences, health sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare administration, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to clinical trial execution activities with coaching from Clinical Operations team members.
• Assist in quality control of eTMF and essential document packets to activate new sites.
• Support site monitoring, Informed Consent document reviews, and CAP activities.
• Develop and maintain trackers and tools used by the clinical operations team.
• Prepare clear, action-oriented meeting minutes and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s/PharmD/PhD candidate
