Southern California Edison is offering a 12-week summer internship in civil/structural engineering. You will work on real-world utility challenges, paired with a mentor, and expand your professional network through intern events.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting at the Intern Expo, and gaining hands-on experience with relevant software. On-site work with detailed start/end dates in May/June 2027 to August/September 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• GPA of 2.8 or higher required.

• A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering at an accredited institution with a graduation date of December 2027 or later

• 2.8 GPA or higher

Additional Information

• This position’s work mode is on-site.The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

• The internship has a start date of May/June 2027 and end date of August/September 2027.

• Interview process/selection process will begin at or around November 2026 - March 2027.

• Transcripts will be verified during the on-boarding process.

• This position requires you to be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
