raSmith invites ambitious students for a Summer 2027 internship in our Brookfield, WI office, about 10 miles west of downtown Milwaukee. You’ll work with project managers, engineers and technicians on real projects, developing problem-solving and technical skills through hands-on training.

Qualifications

Sophomore year completed in a BS Civil Engineering program at a U.S. accredited college or university.
Exposure to AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork for project collaboration.

Responsibilities

Assist project teams on construction services projects under supervision.
Participate in on-the-job training and real project work.
Contribute to problem solving and technical skill development.
