Roselle Park School District is hiring for a Summer Camp/Staff Supervisor and Operations Manager to lead seasonal operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth program delivery. The role focuses on recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, training, and coordinating camp logistics.

Location is TBD; rate is $42 per hour with a cap of 200 hours between October and June 11. Applicants should be prepared to work closely with school staff and implement camp policies, safety procedures, and staff

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and coordinate returning and new RPSC staff.
• Maintain staffing lists and identify positions that need to be filled.
• Coordinate staff applications, onboarding, and required documentation.
• Develop staff assignments and schedules.
• Coordinate pre-camp staff meetings and training.
