Job summary

Midlandymca in Midland, Texas is hiring a Seasonal Camp Counselor responsible for providing care to children in summer camp programs. You will engage children in activities set by the Child Care Director and ensure all YMCA policies are followed.

Rate: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE

Openings in all age groups! Seasonal full-time and part-time available. Nights and weekends off.

Under the supervision and guidance of the Child Care Director, this position is responsible for providing direct care of the children enrolled in the summer camp programs and assisting the director in meeting and exceeding the TDFPS minimum standards and complying with all YMCA policies and procedures. The counselor is responsible for implementing the activities and curriculum set by the Director and engaging the children in age appropriate activities.
