The Salvation Army Northwest Division is seeking a Summer Timberlake Junior Counselor at Camp Arnold in Washington for the summer season. This temporary, exempt position supports counselors in supervising and programming for campers, with emphasis on safety, companionship, and faith-based activities.

You will assist in coordinating daily schedules, cabin devotionals, and camp duties while adhering to camp policies and ACA safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Attend and participate in all camp programs and spiritual activities.
• Maintain standard of cleanliness in personal grooming and in living quarters.
• Assist with the clean‑up of the total camp at the end of each session and at the conclusion of the summer.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
• Safety and Supervision: Enforce camp policies and procedures; Maintain safety for staff and campers at all times; Ensure compliance with ACA standards; Coordinate program components relative to daily schedule.
• Weekly Responsibilities: Provide leadership, care and guidance of campers; participate in cabin meetings; supervise campers in dining room; daily cabin cleanup; plan and conduct one cabin devotion per week; check camper beds each morning; follow bed-wetting procedures; assist with program areas; accompany campers to activities; complete required forms and daily Camper Log; attend Weekly Camp Out; assist with other duties.
