Job summary

The Salvation Army Camp Arnold is seeking a Summer Timberlake Counselor to lead and supervise a group of 8-12 campers, ensuring their safety and engagement in daily camp activities and spiritual programs. This temporary role includes coordinating schedules and maintaining camp standards.

Responsibilities include participating in all camp programs, assisting with daily cabin living duties, and supporting late-day chapels and devotions as required. Room, board, and lodging accompany the position.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in all camp programs and spiritual activities.
• Maintain standard of cleanliness in personal grooming and in living quarters.
• Assist with the clean-up of the total camp at the end of each session and at the conclusion of the summer.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
• Safety and Supervision: Assume responsibility for the supervision and direction of a group of 8-12 campers.
• Enforce camp policies and procedures
• Maintain the utmost level of safety for staff and campers at all times.
• Coordinate and implement all program components relative to the daily schedule in a timely fashion.
