Qualifications

• Demonstrable interest in financial markets built through studies, work experience or extracurriculars.
• Curiosity for data and ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
• Ability to connect the dots and think strategically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ideal candidates will have the rights to work in the US for the duration of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Exposure across our trading services, including FX, debt listings and risk analysis.
• Delivery of business intelligence, strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Participate in the recruitment process and immersive online assessments.
• Support the product lifecycle and work as part of a team to develop specialist skills.
