Renewal by Andersen of San Diego is hiring Summer Brand Ambassadors for the busy event season. You’ll represent a nationally recognized home improvement brand at local fairs and festivals, engaging homeowners and scheduling home appointments.

The role is part-time with most hours on weekends and evenings. Paid training, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped bonuses accompany a competitive base pay of $19/hour, with averages around $25-$30/hour in bonuses.

As aSummer Brand Ambassador, you’ll connect with homeowners, answer questions about our products, and help schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Transport, assemble, and dismantle booths and promotional displays at event locations.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of Renewal by Andersen by sharing product knowledge and company values with attendees.
• Lead Generation: Engage attendees in meaningful conversations to capture interest and schedule in-home appointments.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service with empathy, positivity, and professionalism.
• Team Participation: Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company updates.
