Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Branch Intern to enhance the client experience at an Investor Center. You will work with financial professionals, deliver outstanding service, and gain exposure to personal investing and planning.

The 10-week, full-time internship runs June 7th, 2027 to August 13th, 2027, onsite at the Investor Center. You will join the FIDTERN program with coaching, networking, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in junior year with interest in investing or wealth management.
• Prior customer service, retail, sales or banking experience preferred.
• Leadership and involvement in student organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Fidelity Investor Center clients.
• Assist with a broad range of investment products and services.
• Collaborate with team to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
• Develop skills in financial planning and client relationship building.
