Job summary

Potelco, Inc. in Hubbard, OR, is offering an Associate Project Manager Internship for Summer 2027. The 8-10 week program provides hands-on experience across initiation to closing under the guidance of seasoned project managers.

You will learn about utility construction, project estimates, scheduling, and cash flow management while working in a collaborative team. Enrollment in Construction Management with a 3.2+ GPA and travel willingness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled student in a Construction Management program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Basic oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to review costs, schedules, safety, quality, and completion.
• Prepare and maintain construction progress reports and project files.
• Contribute to development of estimates, pricing, and schedules.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and other project documentation.
• Assist with cash flows, monthly billing, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with management, customers, crews, and foremen.
• Monitor and report project health and prioritize safety.
