Job summary

Healthpeak Properties, Inc. is seeking Summer Analysts to join the Investments team for a 10-week program starting in June 2027.

You will gain hands-on experience in life science, medical office, and senior housing investing, build financial models in Excel/Argus, and participate in transactions across acquisitions, redevelopments, and portfolio management. Current undergraduates (juniors) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel, will collaborate

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Juniors graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Preferred majors include Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and executing investment opportunities (acquisitions, dispositions, developments, redevelopments, structured transactions).
• Perform underwriting and cash flow analysis across deal types.
• Build/refine financial models in Excel and Argus.
• Support due diligence and market research initiatives.
• Prepare materials for investment committee meetings and presentations.
