Wedbush Securities invites applications for its Summer Analyst internship in New York. This program provides hands-on exposure to investment banking activities and financial services, helping you develop essential skills in a fast-paced team setting.

As an intern, you will support senior bankers on IPOs, secondary offerings, M&A and valuations, conduct financial analysis and modeling, and help prepare marketing materials. A strong academic record and quantitative abilities are required.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions and valuations
• Manage several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually
• Assist in preparation of company marketing and transactions materials
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
