Job summary

CHS Inc. is offering an Agronomy Intern position in Ryder, ND for Summer 2027. You will work closely with customers to deliver insights and gain hands-on agronomy experience, building practical skills and industry knowledge.

The internship can begin as early as Spring 2027, extend through the summer, and features competitive pay along with mentorship from experienced professionals. Open to students in Ag Business or Crop Science seeking real-world agronomy exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills (scouting, crop protection products, crop nutrient products, seed, custom application procedures).
• Perform all agronomy/seed operations.
• Monitor and maintain quality of inventory.
• Regulate and periodic housecleaning processes and record keeping.
• Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for all agronomy equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
