Job summary
International Study & Vacation, Inc. is seeking a mentor for international high school students in Chicago during Summer 2026. You'll guide students through cultural excursions and evening activities while residing on campus at DePaul University.
The ideal candidate exhibits strong communication and leadership skills, lives in the Chicago area, and is available throughout the program dates. Excursions include famous Chicago landmarks, providing a rich cultural experience for the students.
Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen and at least 18 years old.
- Available for all program session dates.
- Ideally based in the Chicago area.
Responsibilities
- Assist with center preparation and student arrivals or departures.
- Lead full-day and half-day excursions for students.
- Run and supervise scheduled campus activities and evening events.
- Ensure students speak English and participate in all activities.
- Supervise students during meals and in residential halls.
- Commit to the safety and security of students at all times.
