Job summary

PACCAR Parts is seeking talented students for its 2026 Summer Accounting Internship Program in Cost Accounting, General Accounting and Internal Control/Financial Analysis. You will learn from top Accounting professionals, work directly with Senior Managers and Controllers, and develop mentoring relationships while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

The internship covers journal entries, reconciliations, cost analysis, reporting, and process improvement projects such as six sigma or robotic

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Accounting degree with coursework appropriate for internship duties.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries.
• Complete reconciliations.
• Support cost analysis and general accounting functions.
• Assist with financial reporting and process improvement projects.
• Support system access and distribution center reviews.
