Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC seeks a Tax Intern to support multiple supervisors across client engagements. You will apply accounting knowledge through firm technology, shadow tax professionals, and participate in team-building and development initiatives.

You will also contribute to and present on marketing or research projects and join social functions and community activities, gaining broad exposure in a collaborative environment.

As a Tax Intern, you will:

• Work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements
• Apply accounting knowledge while performing client work using Firm technology
• Shadow Tax professionals of all levels
• Participate in team building and training initiatives
• Participate in and present on a marketing or research project
• Attend social functions: happy hours, lunches, community service projects and other outings

What you bring to the role:

• Juniors or seniors enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel

The salary range for this position is listed below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00
