Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking an Audit Intern in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will gain insight into public accounting and build a foundation for your career. You will work with multiple supervisors on various client engagements and perform client work using Firm technology.

You will shadow audit professionals, participate in team-building and training, and have opportunities to present on a marketing or research project. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited accounting or related program and within two years of graduation.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher preferred, not required.
• Proficient with computers and spreadsheet software.
• Capable of travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel.

As an Audit Intern, you will:

• Shadow Audit professionals of all levels
• Participate in team building and training initiatives

What you bring to the role:

• Juniors or seniors enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel
