Enterprise is offering a Summer 2027 Truck Rental Sales Account Specialist Internship in Seattle. The paid internship runs 40 hours per week for 12 weeks with two start options (May 17–Aug 6, or Jun 14–Sep 3, 2027). The intern will influence buying decisions, learn the full service menu, and support branch operations.

The role provides hands-on experience, industry knowledge, and leadership skills relevant to managing a fleet, accounts, and customer relationships within the truck rental business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university set to graduate between July 2027 - June 2028.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for 12 weeks beginning May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Overview

The Enterprise Truck Rental Division has an opening for a Summer 2027 Truck Rental Sales Account Specialist Internship. Our Truck Rental Division provides transportation solutions within the truck rental industry. The Account Specialist Intern is responsible for influencing the buying decision, while exceeding the customer's expectations for service, knowledge and professionalism. The Account Specialist Intern will be knowledgeable of our complete menu of services including vehicle acquisition, maintenance management, insurance management, licensing and cycling of our trucks.

Our interns go at a highly energized pace. From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you will gain hands-on experience and knowledge to learn the business, to learn how to ultimately manage the branch and to support the entire business. The Account Specialist Intern performs duties in all aspects of a branch to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each aspect of the business.

This position offers hourly compensation of $21.30 per hour.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) 12 week program with 2 round options: May 17th, 2027 - August 6th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027 - September 3rd, 2027 (Dates are non-negotiable).

• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to to work 40 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either May 17th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027, depending on academic calendar.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
