Qualifications

  • Must have at least two years of undergraduate study with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills essential for client communication.
  • Flexible and motivated personality.
  • Proactive mindset for completion of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Become a part of a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
  • Learn the RubinBrown Advisors financial planning process.
  • Navigate the basics of investment management in complex portfolios.
  • Prepare and interpret reporting including quarterly reviews and trading recommendations.
  • Gain exposure to operations and behind the scenes client management.
  • Learn how to leverage the resources of RubinBrown as well as strategic partners to serve clients.
  • Grow your network across the profession.
  • Attend various events with team members and peers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience and Requirements:
  • Must have at least two years of undergraduate study with a minimum 3.0 GPA

  • Tech Savvy and comfortable adapting to new software systems (Office, Orion, planning software, custodian websites, internal systems)
  • Each intern will be treated as a full time Team Member and will be expected to maintain a full time schedule (40 hours per week) working in our office
