Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Summer 2027 Operations Intern in Alpharetta, GA. The role offers a 40-hour work week and exposure to Construction, Customer Care, Finance, Land, Marketing, Procurement, and Sales functions.

You will shadow teams, assist with processes, and gain hands-on experience in homebuilding operations. Ideal candidates are enrolled undergraduates or recent graduates with strong Excel and Teams skills, solid communication, and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at time of application; rising juniors/seniors or graduate students preferred.
• Minimum sophomore status; GPA 2.5+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction, Customer Care, Finance, Land, Marketing, Procurement, and Sales functions in daily internship tasks.
• Assist with process documentation, data collection, and cross-functional coordination.
• Shadow experienced teams to understand homebuilding workflows and project delivery.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
