UEC is seeking a pre-professional intern to collaborate with business leaders on strategic initiatives and operational projects at an on-site office in the United States. The role involves leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve processes and drive data-informed decisions.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Collaborate with business leaders and teams on strategic initiatives and operational projects.
• Leverage technology, artificial intelligence (AI), automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve business processes and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Support process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Collect, manage, analyze, and report business data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, presentations, and business recommendations.
• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and business planning activities.
• Support supply chain, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and operational initiatives.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions and geographic regions.
• Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to team members and leadership.
• Participate in professional development, networking events, intern programs, and mentorship opportunities.

About You

The company is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, or related degree in Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science (business-focused applications), or related business, analytics, or AI-enabled discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced business setting.
• Interest in leveraging data, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous internship, leadership, project-based, campus organization, or business experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and other business productivity tools.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, automation tools, reporting systems, data analytics, or AI-powered technologies.
• Ability to identify trends and communicate insights effectively.
• Interest in technology, semiconductors, business operations, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, or emerging technologies.

This is an on-site internship position. Interns are expected to work from their designated onsemi office location throughout the internship duration. Remote work is not available.
