Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship candidate in Westerly, RI. This paid internship offers real-world business and leadership experience, with a 40-hour work week and a starting rate of $19.00 per hour. Interns work alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment.

From day one, you'll learn to run a successful operation, develop marketing strategies, and build customer relationships. Training starts in May 2027 with internships ending in August 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with anticipated graduation between August 2027 and August 2028.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incidents on record in the past 5 years (DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to accept pay of $19.00/hour.
• Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, start in training on May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027 and end August 6, 2027.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.
This is a full time (40 hours/week) paid internship with a starting rate of $19.00/ hour.This role is located at one of our local offices within the Westerly, Rhode Island area.

For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

• Must have experience in any of the following areas: customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incident on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour
• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, start in a training class on either May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027 and participate through the end of the internship on August 6, 2027.
