Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Wallingford, CT is offering a full-time paid Management Internship designed to develop business and leadership skills for university students.

You’ll work 40 hours per week as a paid intern, starting May 19 or May 25, 2027, with a starting rate of $19.00 per hour. The program includes employee discounts and a 401(k) retirement plan, located at our Wallingford, CT office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with anticipated graduation between Aug 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incident on record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour.
• Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, training class start on May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027, end August 6, 2027.

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
