Job summary

Enterprise's Management Internship at the Indianapolis International Airport begins in May 2027. This paid internship helps you build essential business and leadership skills through real-world projects and mentorship.

As a university student, you’ll tackle challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals, learning to manage vehicles, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a 4-year college or university, graduating Aug 2027–May 2028.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years.
• Able to work 25–40 hours per week around your school schedule.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10–12 week commitment with the start of Training in May.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Learn to develop marketing strategies and collaborate with customers and coworkers.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is located in at the Indianapolis International Airport and will begin in May 2027. This internship pays $16 / hour!

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university graduating between August 2027 - May 2028
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years.
• Must be able to work 25 - 40 hours per week (we work around your school schedule)
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (i.e. DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• 10 - 12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of Training in May
