Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in the Leominster, MA area. You’ll be immersed in a busy, team-driven environment and gain real-world experience in management, customer care, and marketing strategy as you work alongside experienced professionals.

Ideal candidates are college students graduating in May 2028, available for 10–12 weeks at 40 hours per week, and possess a valid driver's license with clean driving history.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) during the window of mid-May through mid-August.
• Must currently have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• Must have no drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• As an Enterprise Management Intern, you’ll be placed in a fast-paced environment and introduced to challenges typical of our first and second year professionals.
• You’ll develop skills to manage a fleet, serve customers, and help craft marketing strategies while building strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Intern projects and friendly peer competition are part of the experience, with potential performance incentives and referral rewards.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
