Job summary

Realtor.com is offering a Summer 2027 Internship in Technology Tracks in Austin, TX, with a hybrid arrangement (4 days on-site, 1 day remote). The 11-week program provides hands-on experience across engineering, data science, product, and UX design teams, including executive speaker series and technical workshops.

You will work on real projects that impact our core marketplace, gain mentorship from seasoned professionals, and participate in networking and volunteer activities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Analytics, UX Design, or a related technical field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to intern full-time for 11 consecutive weeks during Summer 2027.

Technology Internship Tracks

• Technology & Engineering: Design and build scalable, high-performance systems and full-stack applications that redefine the real estate experience for millions of users.
• Data Science & Analytics: Uncover insights from terabytes of data, build machine learning models, and guide algorithmic decisions to empower homebuyers, renters, sellers, and agents.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Analytics, UX Design, or a related technical field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to intern full-time for 11 consecutive weeks during Summer 2027.
• Strong foundation in AI, programming, algorithmic problem-solving, and system design principles.
• Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and a strong collaborative mindset.
