You will support strategic initiatives, develop performance metrics, conduct risk controls testing, and contribute to automation projects that streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in a related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging projects in your area of study within the Risk & Reporting team.

• Develop and drive performance metrics and line of business reporting.
• Conduct branch design assessments and test procedures for operational integrity.
• Manage inventory and administration of procedures and maintain the Risk Control Inventory.
• Oversee management action plans for issue and audit remediation.
• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline operations.
• Coordinate line of business projects and intake processes with goals and training readiness.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work on challenging projects in your specific area of study within the Preferred & Small Business Banking Operational Risk & Reporting team.
• Support strategic initiatives, employee development, and risk management across multiple verticals including Performance & Reporting, Branch Design & Effectiveness, Procedure & Risk Control Inventory, Issue Remediation & Fraud Management, Automation Development, and Project & Intake Management.
• Develop and drive performance metrics and line of business reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct physical and virtual branch design assessments and test procedures and controls to ensure operational integrity and customer experience.
• Manage inventory and administration of procedures and maintain the Risk Control Inventory to align with regulatory and internal standards.
• Oversee management action plans for issue and audit remediation and lead centralized fraud engagement and management efforts.
• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
• Coordinate line of business projects and intake processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals, resource capacity, and training readiness.
• Work alongside world-class professionals in a fast-paced, professional setting with support from a mentor.

About You
