Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, purchase orders, expense records, and transaction processing.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, project schedules, status summaries, meeting materials, and presentations.
  • Track construction project documentation, milestones, budgets, action items, change requests, and deliverables.
  • Serve as a liaison among finance, business operations, project teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders by coordinating information and follow-up activities.
  • Organize contracts, invoices, drawings, meeting notes, supporting records, and other project documentation.
  • Review information for completeness and accuracy while following internal controls, safety expectations, and company procedures.

Working under the guidance of finance, operations, and project professionals, the intern will assist with construction project management, track project information, and help coordinate communication and documentation among internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders. The intern will also work with creative staff to assist with design project management and studio logistics. ## The Team:The team supports design business operations, finance, construction project management, and studio logistics.
