Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern in Logistics Optimization to support data-driven improvements across transportation and supply chain operations. The intern will assist with reporting, automation, and system enhancements to boost efficiency and performance in SC digital excellence.

You will analyze data, participate in continuous improvement projects, and gain hands-on experience with TMS and related logistics technologies, while collaborating in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI/SQL or data visualization tools a plus.

Job Title: Summer 2027 Intern - Logistics Optimization Summary: Support logistics and supply chain operations through data analysis, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. The intern will assist with reporting, automation, system improvements, and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and supply chain performance. All work will be related to SC digital Excellence. Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Business Analytics will be well-positioned to excel in this role.

Responsibilities Include

• Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, performance gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with automation and digital transformation initiatives across transportation and supply chain functions.
• Support testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of logistics systems, including TMS and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Program Minimum Qualifications

• The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.
• The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.

Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00

The base salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
