The Cincinnati Insurance Companies in Fairfield, OH, invites undergraduate students to join the Summer 2027 Future Insurance Professionals program at our headquarters. This immersive three-week program combines hands-on training with classroom sessions and exposes you to underwriting, claims, and loss control teams.

You will shadow Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Excess & Surplus underwriters, learn how accounts are underwritten, and build relationships with agents and carriers.

Qualifications

• Full-time undergraduate student status (Fall 2026).
• All majors welcome to apply.
• Collegiate transcripts required (unofficial acceptable).
• Cumulative GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Responsabilités

• Three weeks of hands-on training and classes in personal and commercial insurance.
• Shadow Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Excess & Surplus Lines underwriters; observe underwriting processes.
• Interact with claims and loss control associates; gain relationship knowledge between agents and carriers.
