Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA invites a Summer 2027 Software Engineer Collegiate Associate Intern to apply classroom learning to real-world aerospace challenges. You'll join Innovation, Engineering and Flight, contributing to technically challenging and educational projects across nearly 40 departments.

You'll work on-site starting May 2027, gaining exposure to manufacturing and research facilities, and interacting with company leaders to learn about Gulfstream's future and career paths

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or higher degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during Summer 2027 (May 2027 start).
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded) listed on resume.

About the position

Gulfstream engineering interns in Innovation, Engineering and Flight are an integral part of the engineering staff, contributing to projects that are both technically challenging and educationally stimulating.

We are looking for all levels of educational experience -from undergraduates to master's and PhD students-who are seeking professional experience in a state‑of‑the‑art engineering environment. If you are looking to gain professional experience and are passionate about aviation and engineering, you will be intrigued by the opportunities we give interns across almost 40 different departments that support Innovation, Engineering, and Flight.

Education and other Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:

• Must be available to work on‑site in Savannah, GA during the Summer 2027 semester, beginning in May 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions: Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:

1. Must be enrolled as a full‑time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.

3. Minimum duration: 10-12 weeks (summer); 10-16 weeks (spring and fall).
4. Must work onsite; this is not a remote position.
5. Must have reliable transportation.
